Where to put additional names?

If there is an additional name in a record that is in between lines, do you put it in the next entry? / When reviewing batches against each other, I could see the order of names being off between different indexers, and this being a potential problem.

If it's a unique name as John A. Smith, between John Smith and John S. Smith, then all three should be indexed as three separate entries.

It depends on what kind of batch you have (e.g., a single entry, one with multiple entries per page, or an index).

Please post the Project Name and Batch Code [1111-XXX] so we can see the record you are referring to. Thanks.
