How do I get family search to place a name in my reservation list when I have permission?

I have permission to perform the ordinances for this person. Her daughter, Gail gave me verbal permission.
She gave me permission a few months ago and I submitted the name and it was deposited into my reservation file by family search. Today I spoke with Gail and she would like me to do the name personally. I unreserved it from the temple shared file and since she died within the 110 year rule, it says to request permission. Can you get this to the right department so this name can be placed into my reservation list again? Thank you, Lenora Healey

Hi Lenora Welcome to Family Search Community and posting your concern about permission to do ordinances for Relta Alice Galley. In the future when faced with this same issue, you should just unshare from the temple rather than unreserve. Unsharing will place the reservations back on your list rather than removing them as you found with unreserving.
We see that you have resubmitted for permission just a few hours ago. This request will be processed but will take some time. If you can find the email your received when permission was first granted, you can shortened the process by replying to that email explaining what happened, This is the quickest and shortest route for you to take. Thanks.

The email was deleted many months ago. I will have to wait for the time it takes to have it cleared again. Thank you for your prompt answer.
