Has anyone had any trouble printing temple cards recently. Cannot see if it’s my printer or family search?

We have successfully printed temple cards as recently as this morning. We have also checked our list of reported issues here at FamilySearch support, and do not see reports of members having problems with printing ordinance cards.
We would suggest you clear the cookies and temporary files on your computer, because over time a large cache of temporary files and cookies accumulates and can cause problems when you use the FamilySearch website.

I am having problems printing ordinance cards. My printer keeps responding data violation. I have tried a different browser different devices and even printing from an email with no success.
Clear your printer queue of any print jobs waiting and then turn off the printer then turn it back on. Reboot your computer sign-in and try again.
We have that several times it doesn’t help.
