While indexing a deed book, do I enter a whole new record for the wife listed as a grantor?

The guideline says:

  • If multiple grantors were listed for a single transaction, index information about each one using separate entries in the data entry area.

If it is in the same data entry place, after the given name of the 1st person, the husband, do I put an "and" there and then the wife's given name? Then do I put their last name? For example:

Benjamin A. and Martha E. Sweet

Or after doing "Benjamin A. Sweet" doing a whole new record for "Martha E. Sweet" with the same info of the deed so Martha E. Sweet" can be searched for separately?
