Which column do we use for Event Day, Month, and Year?

I am reviewing South Africa Dutch Reformed Church Registers - Part C, Batch #M36M-D4K.

Under "What to Index" in the Project Instructions, it shows an example of how to index a Church Membership image. That is what I am reviewing, a Church Membership record. For the Event Day, Month, and Year the example shows that the information to be used is taken from the section "Aangeneem - Wanneer" which means in Afrikaans "Adopted - When". That makes sense because when you become a member of something it is like being "adopted" into some organization. But, in this batch the indexer has used the dates from the column "Aangekom - Wanneer" which means literally "Arrived - When". I am sure they are using the data from this column because there is no data from the correct column. I am starting to get indexed batches where the information used for the event day, month and year is being taken from the "When arrived" column which I feel is incorrect. What should I do? Thanks for your help.
