What RootsMagic8 troubleshooting can I do for FamilySearch Central connection error?

I have just registered RootsMagic 8 with an upgrade from vs. 7. I can't log in to FamilySearch Central but get an error that "FamilySearch is not responding". I have the Microsoft Edge Webview2 Runtime Installer active and have performed the reset procedure.

I AM logged in to FamilySearch on MS Edge Browser, but cannot do it through RootsMagic 8.
