Folks,

The person page for Ambrose Sicard, Sr. (1631-1712)(https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/KCSX-6G4)

has a portrait illustration that appears to be of a person with a similar name who lived more than 100 years later. It is the same illustration as that of Roch-Ambroise Cucurron Sicard in Wikipedia.

I am a descendant of Ambroise Sicard, Sr., and I would love to see his portrait, but the one in his person page appears to be of someone else.

Thanks,

Scott Hicks

If you are referring to the banner portrait and are sure you are correct, then just go ahead and remove it. Click on the portrait and in the pop up box that appears choose No Portrait.

The pop-up box does not always offer the "No Portrait" option @Gordon Collett.

Do you know why or when the option to just remove the portrait does not appear? I do get this:

I don't know exactly why/when. I just know sometimes it does not appear. It's usually, AFAIK, when the image is also not in the memories for that person.
