Completed temple cards
We have been in the habit over the years of retaining the completed temple cards showing the date and temple where the ordinances were performed. During the the Covid19 years the cards were not returned to the patrons.
We have at times FamilySearch with inaccurate information on record, mainly about ordinances done or not done or inaccurate dated. In those circumstances FamilySearch have requested as proof an image of the temple ordinance card showing the required information.
With greater accuracy and more immediate recording to the FamilySearch file we are wondering if there is any benefit in retaining the cards other than for sentimental reasons.
A response would be appreciated.
