Temple cards - Males
Recently as Monday. I noticed that Family Search has changed the font and bar code on the "Couple and Male/Female" temple cards with a new font and bar code, which I do like the look of it. I also, would like to suggest that the male "solid black background" on the temple card where the "MALE - ICON" and the name "MALE" be done away. It seems lots of wasted ink that doesn't need to be there. The "Couple and Females" temple cards do not have a solid black background, why should the male temple cards have them?! Ink is very expensive, whether, regardless where I print the cards at home or at the temple. Make it so/happen whoever you are that's in charge of the modifications to the temple cards. Thank you.

Update to the top topic "Temple Cards - Male." I am not alone on this topic. I speak for a large group of people. Even, today when I was at the temple and mentioned to some sisters while we were waiting to do sealings. They've again agreed with the above topic.

Since the ordinance card is for the use of the temple workers and since we don't get them back now anyway, I would assume the font change was made for increased functionality. Readability is more important than a stylish font. As far as the bar code, I don't care how it looks if the change means it will scan more quickly and more accurately.
