What is the easiest way to correct a formatting mistake?

When Family Search set up my family they made at least one big mistake, there maybe more.

Setting out a tree in Pedigree formation they have my 3x great grandparents set as the children of my 2x great grandparents. In other words, they have been reversed in order of arrival in our family.

Is there any way to fix this or does it mean I start all over again?

If the answer is yes, you start over again, then I'm afraid it will not be getting done.

At this stage there is not enough time left to do it again, but all is not lost it is posted on Ancestry and can be looked at there. Cheers Geoff Masters

Hi Welcome to Family Search Community. Thanks for posting your concern about the order of people in your tree. The answer to your question is no, you do not have to start over. However, if you could be a little more specific that would help us give you guidance on what needs to be done. Please provide the names and PID numbers for your 2x and 3x great grandparents that you are concerned about. Thanks

    Hi Wayland,

Thank you for your input, when I went in to check it this morning there was nothing wrong with it.

The order of events had been corrected by somebody, so I just left it as it was and closed off.

    Regards

    Geoff Masters

Thanks for letting me know. We I looked at it I couldn't see anything wrong either but wasn't real sure I was looking in the right place since I didn't have much detail.. Glad it got fixed.
