Is it possible for me to search a microfiche such as all the baptisms from 1845-1850 in Galeana, Mexico?

Is there a database for the last names for each microfiche?

I have started an excel beginning with image 1 of 603, number 1 , 9 March 1793, female, age 8 days for Teresa Martina and then the father and mother in separate columns.

"México bautismos, 1560-1950", database, FamilySearch

I am not connected with Family Search

Perhaps the following would produce the type of data you are after.

For the record quoted above, if you click on "Document Information", you will see Indexing Batch

C60241-3. If you click on that you will get all the records which have been indexed from microfilm 605035

You need to Search the Catalog https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog to find microfilms for the areas you are interested in. If there is a magnifying glass icon meaning that there have been some records indexed from those specific microfilms, click and you will get a quantity of indexed records which I think would be the same as those accessed through the batch number.
