I found a source that was indexed incorrectly.

I found a source: "Germany, Prussia, West Prussia, Catholic and Lutheran Church Records 1537-1981"

At the bottom of this image, there is an entry for "Wilhelmine Laskowski" (GF66-FRD), and under this name is another name, "Ana Maria Laskowski" (GF66-5J4). The parents are Johann Laskowski GFZ3-LPP, father, and Eva Gutzkin GFZ3-RKW, mother.
These are actually two children who died on the same day (11 November 1831) and were buried on the same day (12 November 1831), but they were inadvertently indexed as "Wilhelmine Ana Maria Laskowski." In actuality, Wilhelmine was age 15 (born 15 November 1816) at death, and Ana Maria was age 4 (born 11 January 1827) at death. I have sourced documentation for these dates, as found in the sources for each child.
My problem is this: because these two children were indexed as one child, I am able to link this source to one child (Ana Maria), but not to the other child (Wilhelmine). I would greatly appreciate it if you could edit the indexing on this record, so that I can also successfully link the source to Wilhelmine.

There are mild contortions involved compared to using a correctly-done index, but you can attach the source to both children. There are actually several different ways to do it.
Option one: copy Ana Maria's citation to your Source Box, then attach the copy to Wilhelmine. To do this, go to Ana Maria's Sources page, expand the source in question, click View, then click Copy to Source Box. Then go to Wilhelmine's Sources page, click Add Source, and choose Attach from Source Box.
Option two: go to the image and use the Source Box button to create a citation directly, bypassing the index, and attach that to Wilhelmine.
Option three: go to Wilhelmine's Sources page, then use Add Source - Add New Source to create a citation based on the URL of either the index detail page (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:6FYB-HM24) or the image (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CS8N-FST4?cc=4111605).
Whichever option you choose, you can include a full transcription and/or notes about the incorrect index in the citation's Notes/Description field.
(I don't blame the indexers for getting this one wrong: the only clue in the entry that this is actually two children is the umlaut on Töchter.)
