Showing a list of ALL ordinances (such as baptisms) in your entire tree

I did a lot of work in the past couple of years in not going straight back in generations anymore, but rather looking at the children, their spouses, etc., so extending sideways. However, when I go to look for ordinances such as baptisms, it only shows those in my DIRECT line and it will only show me 5 at a time? I would like ALL of the baptisms of everyone in my entire line to show so I can pick and choose who to start with and I want to be able to see them all. It's too easy to forget who all I did work for when I can't see them all and I don't want to go into each family to find them.

Also, I don't necessarily want to reserve ALL the ordinances for all of them. Can I JUST reserve the baptism/confirmation for the time I'm doing it? That allows others to pick up the other ordinances, you see what I mean? So I would just reserve the amount of baptisms/ confirmations I want to do right now and leave the other ordinances for others to pick up. That way they aren't all reserved for years.

Finally, I want the number of baptisms and confirmations I choose from that list to be unlimited because I can get so many done at once, but still limit reservations of other ordinances.
