Incomplete Indexes of a Published Project - How can we get the omitted Indexes added/published?

One of our indexers drew my attention to the following “problems” on a Church of the Province project – For St Jude, Oudtshoorn, Cape of Good Hope:

South Africa > Cape of Good Hope > George, Oudtshoorn, St Jude > Burials 1860-1923

The project batches can be found here (no share batch number as these indexes have already been published):

Burial Register Pages 32 & 33

Only the first entry on Register Page 32 has been indexed – Entries 250-265 have not been indexed

Burial Register Page 136

entries 1045 to 1052 right hand page have not been indexed

Burial Register pages 137 & 138

Only Register Entry 1053 has been indexed (the first entry on Page 137) – the balance of the Register entries Burial Register Entry numbers 1054 – 1068 have not been indexed.

The balance of this film/Register have been indexed so there is no reason (except for sloppy indexing/reviewing) for these pages to have been published without a complete index.

Can anyone advise if it is possible for these omissions to be indexed and added or how we can get them corrected?
