old PID to new one?
I found a bunch of cards that have the old PID number 310-28643 (Jacob Keller) but the new PID is alphanumeric. I know these cards are from 15 years ago and I am sure the work is done but I can’t find them anywhere even though I have birthplace , parents, birthplace on the card.

What is his birth information and who are his parents? Maybe someone else can find him in Family Tree.

I have the very same issue, a bunch of old cards with old PIDs and I'm trying to determine if all the work is done.
An example is Charles Bourbeau-Beauch, of Qeubec, Canada born before 1791.
The number on the card is 38-645898-100. Is that an old format PID?

One other question about the old cards:
What does it mean when the Sealing to Parents box is cross hatched so that nothing can be entered?
I have 24 cards like that.

@George Francis, IV Curtis and @John P Marshall I suspect those old numbers were never ID numbers in the sense we see ID numbers in Family Tree but rather some type of submission number and probably can't be used to find anyone now.
However, all submitted names that had temple work completed were entered into the IGI with the exact information that was submitted with the name. The IGI has never been editable, so that information is unchanged and the IGI is still available and searchable under the Genealogies section. John provided enough information to try a search.
- Go to the Search menu and choose Genealogies.
- On the search form on that page choose more options.
- Enter the known information, choose just the IGI under Collection, then click Search.

Note that there are two ID numbers on this page in the right hand column. One under the person's name and one at the bottom of the column. The one at the bottom is labeled Submission ID and can be used in the Genealogies search form to find other names that were submitted at the same time as Charles.
Most of the time, but not always, the upper number is linked to the individual in Family Tree, so it is worth trying to use it there. Doing a Find by ID search in family tree using M6YD-6HJ brings you to: https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/LH37-P6F?innerId=M6YD-6HJ which apparently was a big mess:
because people were incorrectly combined in New FamilySearch. People have been working to fix this and trying to turn the Charles on your card back into Charles Bourbeau. His current Family Tree profile, found by clicking on the link to him on the page on this deleted Pierre is: https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/LRSY-TXW where he is correctly found with his wife and seven children. So people have gotten these profiles fixed.
Now the question is, are the ordinances showing as completed actually for him? Are there any dates on the cards you have? Do they match the ones on his page?
If they do match, then things are fine. If they do not match, then you will have to submit a request under the Temple section here in Communities for an administrator to check the identifying information on the ordinances in his page and see if they are are for Charles or for this Pierre or for someone else.
Regarding the hatched out Sealing to Parents. This means that the sealing to parents cannot be completed from that card. Either because the sealing was not requested with that submission or there are no parents on the card.
You can see on Charles' Family Tree page that there are two sealing to parent entries. One does not have parents. This could be a correct sealing but Charles was separated from a set of correct parents. Or it could be a sealing for Pierre to his parents. Only support can check this and fix it for you, again by requesting an administrator check the background data and the temple ordinance database to see who was actually involved in that sealing.
