Why the new person's page?

Why fix what isn't broken? We don't need "new" to keep current. The new person's page is very distracting and unorganized.

Apparently the coding behind the current pages is outdated and is breaking and needs to be redone. Also, new features are being added that will be very beneficial.

If you have specific comments as to what is distracting and what is unorganized, you should go to the Groups section here, join the New Person Page group, and give specific, detailed information outlining your concerns and suggestions for possible improvement.

You can organize the layout of the new person page to your own liking. In the right column near the bottom is the option under Tools called "My Layout Settings". When you click on it, it opens the flyout to the right and you can select if you want the double or single column, and you can put the sections in the order of your preference.
