Temple Ready gives me 5 names for initiatory. Can I get 10 names?

Of course you can get ten names, but not by using Ordinances Ready. This function was designed for times when you are presented with an unexpected opportunity to be at the temple and will enable you you to have a limited number of ordinances that you could perform.
If you need more ordinances for a scheduled visit to the temple, select them from your My Reservations list and print them in the normal manner.

I think what is normal varies from person to person
I have seen various questions here in the community that are a reflection of the fact that thare are two different ways to do it - and not everyone realizes there are two ways.
"normal" is relative (no pun intended) :-)
