I have permission to do temple work for a friend. How do I proceed?

 I have written permission to do ordinances for Edward Daniel Banks KXQN-DP9 (1948-2018).

I have attached a copy of the letter of permission from his sister, Michelle Banks Thomas GNH2-L6K.

From there you click on request permission where the following window should pop open on that page

From there you just follow the steps and give the information you have shared here stating you have the permissions. This is the pathway you should follow for requesting ordinances on FamilySearch after having gained permission from a living family member.

When requesting, it is important to fill out as much information as you can such as contact number & email address (if applicable) of the person giving permission and the relationship of that person to Edward. It makes the process of granting permission easier.
