How do I add a baptism/confirmation date for a deceased relative?

I have found the record for a family member who was baptized/confirmed while living. He is now deceased. How do I add these dates and the source to his Family Search record?

Ordinances performed whilst alive cannot be added. They should automatically appear from a person's Church membership record when that person is marked as deceased. It may be that there are duplicate records for the person and only one has the ordinances recorded. Another possibility is that the record of the member with the ordinances has not been marked as deceased.

Please provide the name and PID of the record in question. We will then be able to research the issue for you.
