Specialty Team/Department regarding Permission to do deceased Ordinances
My name is Anna Lina Wollenzien-Kamin. I am not a direct relative to my husband’s Lithuanian family and friends, but I have grown close over the years and have gained permission to complete the temple work from a select few. I would like to petition now with the following documents to perform the temple work for the family of Petras Simkunas, his parents and the following on the permission form he has granted me.
Attached you will find the email and typed document from him sending his printed name as signature. Please, will you update his FamilySearch account marking his death? In Lithuania, there is not a system for publishing obituaries like in the US. I cannot provide proof other than his cousin posting a message about his passing. I would be beyond grateful if you would allow me to proceed with his own baptismal work in the temple work as he read the Book of Mormon in his last years while undergoing chemotherapy. He was and is a believer of Jesus Christ.
Thank you for your sincerity and time,
