Ordinances ready - but not
Please post this in the right group. I'm not sure which one it should go to.
I am preparing to do sealings in the next few days. I went to the ordinances ready and found something I just don't think can be a valid sealing. The parents are only identified as shown below. We could seal any child to them. They do not have the identifying information that I thought we were supposed to have. At least, the name, date of some event, and some source for that.
There is some information for Rachel Muchmore, however no explanation or notes as to why Waldon and Mrs Waldon are her parents as her maiden name shows as Muchmore. No other marriage is shown for her to a Muchmore. NOTE: Her "sister" has no information either except showing Waldon as her last name.
As we are accountable to present a worthy record to the Lord of our work - I can't do this sealing. I would hope that someone would let the persons working with this line know that there needs to be much more research done before the temple work can proceed.
Is there anyone that is supposed to check these things?
