NOT married
I was adopted at birth. I have my 'sealed to' line and my biological line. Although I can list 'never married' in the notes, my biological parents are still listed as Married on the home page. Now I'm finding that other family tree sites have picked up on that and have them listed as married also. This really needs to be addressed! If they were never married, it needs to say the truth. They weren't partners even. It was a short fling if not a one-time thing. The inaccuracy of their connection, on the home page, is spreading to other sites. Please fix.

There is no need to fix - because you can enter Bio-Father and bio-mother separately without any marriage:
You just go into your own person page, write down one of your bio-parent's person ids (PID), delete the relationship with that one (pencil icon next to you as child). Then Add Parent (not add spouse to other one)> By ID Number (and input that PID you wrote down). That should get you both bio-parents separated with no marriage (as in the screenshot). I hope those steps work for you.
