Looking for translation of Jakob Kokot/Rokot? July 20 1833 Baptismal/Birth Record from Markowitz/Adamowitz, Upper Silesia, Prussia. He was my 3rd Gr. Grandfather.

the record for the birth/baptism on 20 July is for Johanna. I don't see Jakob Kokot on this page?

Could someone please translate the section/paragraph I requested for July 20 1833 in the record- that way I could have a look at that section. It appears that a Jakob shows up on the 1st line after Markowitz, only the last name is a bit fuzzy. Help, please.

The only record for a Jakob from Markowitz on this page is a record for a 22 July birth, not 20 July. Son of Vincent Halama and his wife Johanna nee Krzikalla.
