Permission to do ordinances

I have been asked by a non-member, previously a member of the church, who would like to submit some family names to the temple but cannot because he no longer has access to the temple side of Family Search.

His Family Search i/d is: G9NK-63C.

He wishes to do the work for:

Robert Chalmers Bisson GF3B-KXW (the requesting individual's uncle) and

Abner Cartwright Huelin Bisson K24X-YBW (father of above) and

Mary Alice Caroline Miller GF3B-W65 (second wife of Abner Bisson) and

Irene Gladys Hartery GNM9-798 (aunty of requesting individual) and

Abner Watson Bisson K24X-YBC (husband of above).

There are no remaining close members of the family and he is the nearest living family member. Evidence of death is provided by him.

Please advise permission.

@Derek Blakemore, as I understand your question, since your friend can no longer submit names in his own right, he is asking you to submit them in yours. If that is the case then you would need to follow the following help articles

Article 926 and Article 858, "Can I request proxy temple ordinances for a friend?" and "How do I request ordinances for an ancestor [relative] who was born in the last 110 years?"
