I am indexing a batch of Johannesburg Cemetery Records. The instructions say "Index all grave applications or registers of persons buried or cremated." My batch has a "Notice of Interment" which has all of the fields listed on the burial application, and a "Burial Order" which has some of the fields. Should I index these or mark them as "No extractable data."

@shericaringer1 Yes, please index both - I believe you should use 26 Aug 2016 as the burial date on Image #1 and on Image 2 index the date of issue as the burial date + fill in gender and death date. Mark all other boxes blank.

Index both and put blank in the boxes that there is no information for.
