Notifications, removing already attached.
I need you to remove from the notifications ones that have already been attached in my tree. You are wasting my time having me go over one's that I have already looked at and attached.
This is the third time in the last 4 years that I have mentioned this problem. Please see if you can get it fixed and let me know about it.

Dear Phylis, thank you for your comment and sorry your concern has not been addressed. If you go into your account, Settings, at the top you will see Notifications. you can use the sliders to state if you want texts etc. Regarding record hints, they are comuter generated and so the only way to deal with them is to use the dismiss box that is sometimes available or the not a match box. I have passed your comments to the ideas team and apologise that we could not be more helpful. Also if you have any other concerns you can send an email to eu_familySearch.org to get an answer, usually, within 48 hours.

Typically when I've seen this is because someone has attached the sources to the wrong person. Census record for the child being attached to a parent, etc. Sometimes if the names are the same (Sr. vs. Jr.) then they'll be suggested for both, and I have to mark as "Not a Match" to the one whom it isn't.
With that said, I strongly object to what is being requested here, which is to never show a hint for a source which is attached to any profile. This would cripple the ability to find inaccurate source attachments and duplicates.
