Ordinances Completed but Reserved to be done again
All ordinances for Effie Clark Ross (G8QX-RBZ) have already been completed. I noticed today that the ordinance completion dates are missing and they have been reserved and shared with the temple to be done again.

We have viewed her record, and other similar people in Family Tree. We would invite you to view the record of Effie Clark Ross 1886 – Deceased ID # G8QX-2T8. Her ordinance dates match those that you have posted for record ID # G8QX-RBZ.
You may need to study the Latest Changes on their person pages to discover if these two records were meant to represent the same person.

You were right, they were two different people with similar names.
With a quick call to FS Support for additional help, I was able to restore the original ID #KHDV-HPC and the Ordinances were restored to the correct person. I then merged G8Q-RBZ as it had the updated information and photos.
