the system is not working, i just tried to delete some names that i have answered and it wont delete, i just tried to fix a name and send him to the temple,

nothing is working, we have no phone support, we have no help. please i'm old i have brain damage I need help. please fix this

There is no more phone support.

1. Click on the question mark in upper right corner.
2. Click Contact us
3. Click on your area on the map
4. Click on English
5. Make an appointment
6. Click on the link that is emailed to you about 5 minutes before your appointed time

Be very detailed in your comments so that they will have time to look at your issue before they contact you.

That said, I just checked, it appears that the toll free number is working again?
