Joseph Cline - G457-PXK I went to unreserve Joseph Cline sealing to spouse and it shows "in progress" and I am unable to unreserve this ordinance. Is there a way to get this out of "In progress" mode so I can unreserve this ordinance. I want to do something else with this individual. THANKS!!!!

Thank you for contacting us through community. We have looked into your request and used the ID number you supplied. We found though that it did not find Joseph Cline, but instead found it attached to a George P. Coggins. Perhaps you might want to check it again and repost your query?

I assume you are looking at your Shared with Temple list and that the usual checkbox has been replaced by a temple icon like this:
This means either that the ordinance has been printed by a temple, should be completed soon, and cannot be modified at this point or that another user has reserved this ordinance as a 90-day ordinance.
You can tell which by going to the person's ordinance page. If someone else has reserved it as as a 90-day ordinance it will look like this:
If you click on the second name, you can message the person and ask him or her to unreserve the ordinance or to get it completed as the person had planned to do.
When expiration dates are back in force, this secondary reservation will expire in 90 days automatically. At this point if the other user declines to unreserve the ordinance, I don't think there is much that can be done.
