Big X out whole document

I have a one name burial application, and a one name burial order in a batch. The burial orders are not listed to be indexed, as it is not a register of burial, cremation or application.

The Burial Order has a big X over the whole page. Is this something they did when completed, or was it canceled and not done and why did they keep it then? Or does it not matter because there is very little on that form and not listed to be indexed? How do I mark this page when I send it in?

Please share yor batch code. Your code is in brackets at the top of the indexing screen and looks like this [1111-AAA]. You can also find the batch code under Batch --> About Batch.
