Hello,

My name is Hannah Vaughan and I served my mission in New York City. While serving in the Bronx, I taught a woman named Yvonne Fraser who desperately wanted to be baptized. She died in September of 2021 before she could be baptized. I obtained written consent through the form of a text message from her closest living relative which is her daughter, Tara Fraser. Tara said we could perform the proxy baptism for her mother, Yvonne. I would like to request Yvonne's name card so that we can take it to the temple for her. Yvonne's code attached to her name is GNSK-VRV. I have been looking forward to this day for over a year now. I'm excited to get in touch.

Best,

Hannah Vaughan
