Incorrect baptism information

My Great, Great grandfather, Isaac Sutcliffe, ID K2HJ-7G8, lived in northern England in the 1850s. His daughter, Mary Jane joined the church and came to Utah with returning missionaries in 1865. None of her family accompanied her, but her sister came a few years later. Isaac is in England census and other records with his children up to 1863. His baptism date is 1853 and currently does not show a month or day, but previouly there was a month and day. I searched the church baptism records, and found an Isaac Sutcliffe who was baptized in Midway Utah on the date shown for my Isaac. I do not think my Isaac Sutcliffe could have been in Midway Utah in 1853 and tried to get this changed a few years ago. I was told that he could have been baptized in England in 1853 and so I went to the Church History Library and searched the church records in the branches near Manchester to see if there was any record of Isaac being baptized. I could find no record of a baptism. I would like the 1853 baptism date removed and make it possible to do a temple baptism or see if a temple baptism has already been done and put that information on his records.
