Lexmark 611 printer does not boot up all the way

Our Lexmark printer has started acting up. It does not appear to be booting up all the way.

The blue bar stops at about 2/3.

We have turned it off and on. Also left it off overnight.

    The recommended process is as follows:

    1. turn off printer
    2. unplug the power cord from the printer
    3. unplug the ethernet cable from the printer
    4. wait 5 minutes (set a timer as the 5 minutes is extremely critical)
    5. connect power cord
    6. power on printer
    7. wait for the printer to fully boot and the Menu to fully populate
    8. connect ethernet cable

    Step seven may take up to 20 minutes to complete
