Trying to get permission to do temple work for uncle?

I have submitted information to get permission to do my uncle:

Walter Raymond Kumpu Sr

We have been given permission by his son to do his temple work. We have received permission for his wife, my aunt, but not for my uncle, Walter Kumpu. Could someone check to see what progress has been made on this. Family Search does not have a phone number to contact them on this issue. Thanks so much for your help!
