Permission to do ordinances

I would like help requesting a couple of friends temple work. She was a member and was too sick to get her endowments before she passed and her brother and daughter passed before she was a member of the church. She gave permission while living to have his temple work done. His baptism and confirmation were completed while she was alive, do we need to get permission to complete his work? I have the permission from the granddaughter (the closest living relative) to do her mothers and grandmother's work (and uncle if it is allowed/needed).
Most of the work for the brother and daughter have been done. So as the work for her divorced spouse who she said she wanted to be sealed too--- I am not sure what needs/ is allowed to happen with that.
