How do I index mortgagors and mortgagees who have a name such as the one below

The name changed and I am not sure if I include the previous or former names?

I think you need to include both names - the only question is how. In the first Example in the instructions the “OR” construction is illustrated for a person Mortgagor who was known by two surnames (aliases),

I think you could use that same construction in the corporation “alias” situation you describe and make one entry with both corporation names separated by “Or.”. However, if the field won’t accept that much data, I done see any harm in making two separate entries - as long as both names get recorded for that transaction.

In the above, I meant "I don't see any harm..."
