Notes for requested ordinances

There is not a space to add notes when requesting ordinances that need permission. This would be helpful, especially when ordinances for relatives from a country like Greece are being requested. How long does it typically take to receive an answer when requesting permission for a relative who has no sibling, spouse, parents alive? I requested permission for relatives about a month ago and never heard anything back. Is there a way to follow up?
