Where do I report bug fixes?
This is what I posted in the Temple and Family History Consultants group yesterday with ZERO response:
FIND BY ID Function Not Working Correctly
"The "Ancestor ID" field is not accepting the letter "A" as input. I've tried it on my laptop at home and several of the computers at the Family History Center where I work. The keyboards are OK. Input is normal on all other apps.
And, yes, the history and cookies have been cleared. ;)"
And added this additional comment today:
"Since there are no responses, I'm going to assume I'm in the wrong group with this post. Where do we go to report bug fixes? And it's still not working. Can someone as least duplicate the problem? That's always a next step."
So, QUESTION: Whose wheelhouse does this belong? Thanks, and best wishes!

Problem solved. Got answer and knowledge article from another group. Makes perfect sense.

Just an interesting note, the PID is actually a number in base 30 (mostly) as opposed to the numbers in base 10 we are used to using. FS base 30 uses numerals 1 through 9 plus the 26 letters of the English alphabet minus 5 vowels. "A" being one of those excluded (a e i o u). The "" dash is merely added for readability. So the Find function sees a nonbase 30 number as an illegal character and won’t accept it. (The exclusion of zero by FS makes the whole conversion thing from/to base 30 & base 10 weird because you really need a zero to do the math)
