Temple Ordinance for Someone Born Under the Covenant

I'm a Family History Consultant in my ward. I met with a woman whose husband had a sister who passed away when she was just three months old. His parents were sealed in the temple so it seems that this little girl would not need the sealing ordinance. Yet, on her page it shows that she needs to be sealed to her parents. Is this right?
I asked if his parents had been civilly married and then later sealed perhaps after the children were born, but she said no. They were sealed in the temple from the beginning.

This happens sometimes. What they need to do is contact Support and provide some information and the record can be updated on the backend. Support will need the child's person ID and it's a good idea to include the name so they know they have the right person. The options to contact support can be found on the contact us page. Click the ? at the top of any screen in FamilySearch and look for Contact Us.
