Status of Temple Ordinances

I am looking at the temple ordinances for my cousin Elmire Cournoyer - M9T9-3V5, but there is a note that says, "This person's ordinance status is not available. Please contact FamilySearch Support if you are a relative and need more information." Can you please give me the status of the ordinances for this person? Thank You.
