Missing Ordinances

My uncle passed away last year. As a young teenager he was baptized and confirmed in a ward in Arizona back in the 60’s or 70’s, but did not remain active in the church for any length of time.

to my knowledge, he only has one record in family search, and it it does not list his ordinances completed while he was alive. I believe this is due to the fact that he has not attended a ward in forever and the official church record is not updated with his death.

We need the ordinances to populate to continue his temple work by proxy
