I am wondering if anyone could tell me what other information that I could pull out from this baptis
My relative is at the bottom of this screenshot.
Name: Andreas Brisko. Baptism Date: 4 Dec 1833. Parents: Joan. Brisko and Anna Kijak. Religion: Catholic.
Also I know that the record is from Radoma, Giraltovce, Slovakia but wonder if the last column states the location where the family lives or if it is likely they are from Radoma.
Here is the record link if desired:

Thank you for your help.

The heading of the last column is: Locus = place.
Yes, I would interpret this as where the parents live.
I read in that last column: " Okruhla", which is probably the modern place: Okrúhle.
Here is a link about Okrúhle from Wikipedia:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Okr%C3%BAhle
Okrúhle is south of Radoma by 2.3 kilometers, which is about 1.4 miles.
The column heading Levantes means: baptismal sponsors or godparents.
The column heading Conditio means: Status [of the parents]. What is written here is "Plebis" = commoners, common folk, ordinary people.
The column heading Baptisans means: Person performing the baptism. The word "Idem" in this column means: the same [as above] which in this case is a priest named: Andr [can't decipher last name].
