I'm on a page filled with different banks being the mortgagor. Do I enter it as Bank, Yonkers Sav'gs or Yonkers Sav'gs Bank
Sorry if this is a silly question, but prefer not to goof the entries up.
A big thank you to those of you kind enough to clarify questions.

My apologies, Jane, you did give us the batch number; I just had a problem accessing it. It appears to me that you have a batch where they want you to list the mortgagor by the letter B, therefore, you would list them as they they wrote them, Bank, Yonkers Savgs, putting a coma after the Bank and then the name.

From the Field Help: Type the full mortgagor corporation or organization name as it was written. Do not correct misspellings or expand abbreviations.
If an ampersand (&) or plus symbol (+) was written on a document as a part of the information that should normally be indexed, in place of these symbols, type the word And.
If a corporation or organization name was not recorded or was written as a variation of the word "unknown," press Ctrl+B to mark this field blank.

Suggest you give us the batch number of the one that you need help with so we can actually see it and maybe then we can give you more assistance.
