I need help with indexing this batch...

US, New York, Westchester—Indexes to Mortgagors, 1630–1975 [Part A][M3YN-KDX]

Hello! I'm indexing this batch and some entries have the word "Consent". I'm not sure how to index this. Should I mark it blank?

    Hi, Denise!

    It says in the Field help for Mortgagee corporate name or given name: If a corporation or organization name was not recorded or was written as a variation of the word "unknown," press Ctrl+B to mark this field blank. And: If the given names were not recorded or were written as a variation of the word "unknown," press Ctrl+B to mark this field blank.

    Since this is not a given name or a corporate name we can mark those fields blank. We would still index the Mortgagor names and corporate names as it says in the Project instructions bullet point 3 of What to index: Index all mortgage records.
