Why do temple ordinances show incorrectly

My 4th great grandfather, his wife and one child have had their ordinances completed but now FamilySearch shows: "This person's ordinance status is not available. Please contact FamilySearch Support if you are a relative and need more information."

I am including the ordinance dates and hope that you can fix this problem so that the ordinance show for them.

Hendrik van Os , 26 May 1718 – Deceased,  K6D3-91T Baptism/Confirmation: 6 Dec 1957; Initiatory: 15 Jul 1958, Idaho Falls Temple; Endowment 15 Jul 1958, Idaho Falls; SP 18 May 1973, Ogden; SS 4 Oct 1988, Provo Temple.

Ariaantje Verhaal, 1734, 9399-K2M- Baptism/Conf. 12 Aug 1970; Endowment 8 Sep 1970 Salt Lake; SP 4 May 1972, SS 4 Oct 1988

Antonia van Os, 1785, KH97-RVT - Baptism/Conf. 6 Dec 1957; Endowment 15 July 1958; SP 16 Mar 1971 Idaho Falls, SS 18 Jun 1970, Idaho Falls
