Family Groups

I have previously invited family members to join my family group with no problems. I am trying to add another but he doesn't receive my requests. Is there a problem or am I doing it incorrectly? I have now sent him a request 3 different times. ???

One more thing to keep in mind, At this time only 10 members are allowed in any one group. Perhaps that is contributing to your difficulty.

Finally, try basic housekeeping to clear your cache and cookies on your computer. The following article will give you detailed instructions. That often can clear up problems.

Could you please link the article that says that there is a limit of 10 people per family group? There are 14 members in my group. Have we done something wrong?
