Duplicate People, Same Name - Ordinances with Same Dates

Two men with the same name, born in the same County at approximately the same time with different wives and children and the same ordinance dates (in 1899!). I am related to both.
One incomplete source shows member of 70's Quorum in Nauvoo which, given dates and locations, is impossible.
No merges nor other evidence. Merely two different people with very similar names and the same Ordinance dates.
NOTE: Discovered when Hint showed possible Church Pioneer Ancestor connection. With multiple additional sources, proven to be two different people with the same Ordinance dates.

Just to add to the conversation for a point of interest, I have come across a similar situation. This is a note I wrote about it in their "Collaborate" section:
There are two people with very similar names. Hans Peter Gustav Jørgensen Fischer & Hans Peter Jørgensen Fischer. Their fathers' names are also very similar, being Jorgen Pedersen Fischer & Jørgen Rasmussen Fischer. Because of the similarity of the names, records were incorrectly attached to Hans Peter Gustav which actually belonged to Hans Peter. Because of these incorrectly attached records, it seemed that Hans Peter Gustav was born in 1856. When actually he was born in 1849 (estimated to 1850). There are several records that verify this date. Parents being Jørgen Rasmussen Fischer & Ane Rasmusdatter. There were also several records that verified the birth of Hans Peter in 1856. Parents being Jorgen Pedersen Fischer & Petrea Moller. The discovery that Hans Peter Gustav & Hans Peter were two different people is found in the marriage record of Hans Peter Gustav & Sorine Rix. The original record showed the parents names of Hans & Sorine. I have reattached the records the best I could to match correctly.
