I see multiple 'similar' questions posted in Community.

I was told that these would be clipped from the 'public' Community and put into a private/non-public site. Since I can see dozens of similar requests - it looks like these ordinance issues are being discussed in public view. Perhaps I only see these because it is in a member-only section.

If they are 'public' - Why would we think that this is appropriate? If they are 'public' please correct that - and make these types of questions 'private'.

Also - why are so many records coming up as 'ordinances unavailable'?

Is there a pattern to these records getting tagged as unavailable? Is there an obvious fix that could be implimented - or is the fix-them as we find-them approach the best practice right now?

There are many reasons for a "Not Available" message. This knowledge article explains some - https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/in-family-tree-what-does-not-available-mean

The best way to have the issue sorted to contact Support via Community or via email. Each situation can be different so a global fix isn't possible.
