Can you be a little more specific as to what kind of "program" you are alluding to ??
The word "program" can have a very wide and divergent set of meanings.
Some sort of class or training?
Computer software??
Computer Software meant to be installed on a standalone computer?
Computer software simply used by using a web browser with no installation required?
Apps for use on a phone?
no matter what your answer -- a few links of possible interest

If you go to the new Portal Page: https://www.familysearch.org/centers/portal
and login to FamilySearch, in a Family History Centre and click the View all Sites button, you should be offered a list of Premium websites with their attendant links.
Cheerio for now!

Thank you. I was trying to find a list when I was not at the FHC. I have now accessed it there, and find that there is a new premium website about Irish ancestry and Famnet about New Zealand ancestry has departed from the list.
