I have requested help multiple times in moving the descendants with tasks from Family Tree to Family Search, to do lists. I have received canned replies three times to ask the question in Community with no actual response to my suggestion/question as to how to move information from Family Tree to Family Search.
The benefits of this are that I(we) can use larger screens and larger keyboards to resolve duplicates and find needed information to get people qualified for Temple Ordinances.
I accomplish this now by using pen and paper. UGH
Please escalate this to a level that can at least acknowledge the idea.
For the life of me, I cannot figure out what on Earth you could possibly mean by "move information from Family Tree to Family Search". Family Tree is already on FamilySearch. Or do you mean an offline tree of some sort?
For mobile apps, Family Tree, the website, has been split into two apps:
The Tree mobile app has a feature in which you can go to any person, click a menu, and get a list down about six generations of descendants of that person who have Hints on them. Basically it is the Descendancy Pedigree view of the website with everyone who does not have a Hint or other icon suppressed from view. It makes a nicely compressed view of Hints that could be attached and other actions needed.
There is no need to move this function. It is already there, just in a different format.

Since I've started typing, @KarlGTippets1 , let me mention that you have to view these boards as having two functions:
1) A user group for us users to discuss issues and help each other. You can get a lot of responses from other users here.
2) One of those suggestion boxes with a slot at the top some stores have posted. You drop in your paper and that is the end of things. We have been assured many times that all posts with suggestions do get forwarded, as appropriate, to the correct team. However, the only time we get a reply from any programmers or design people are those rare times they want more information. If you idea is accepted and supported by many others, it will be put in the production line and might show up in a few years after design, coding, testing, recoding, beta testing, bug fixing, and being put in production. If the idea is rejected, it will never show up. But don't hold your breath waiting for an acknowledgement. You are not going to get one.
There is a third function of this Community. It is to get help from Support for specific items only they can take care of such as data problems users cannot correct. The moderators also help out with questions about how to do things on the website, like the rest of the users also help out with.
I thought @KarlGTippets1 wanted to move the tasks to the To Do List...which we have realized is not currently available on the new home page. Karl, can you clarify what you are asking about? Did you post your idea in the Suggest an Idea area?
